The Outline for Prosperity
The Outline for Prosperity is the business community’s agenda for the current Congress. Developed by BIPAC leadership and approved by consensus of the business community across a wide range of industries, The Outline offers an overview of the policies needed to create an atmosphere of prosperity in this country.
Based on the issues laid out in The Outline, the Prosperity Project Steering Committee develops voting records for each Congress. The records include only the issues and votes on which the business community reaches consensus.
