Our Mission:
The NACD Responsible Distribution PAC is the voluntary, non-partisan political action committee of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD). NACD Responsible Distribution PAC works to promote good public policy by supporting Congressional candidates who share our interest in a strong pro-business environment for the chemical distribution industry.
Candidate Contribution Criteria:
NACD Responsible Distribution PAC supports candidates from each political party based on the following: 1. Voting Record on issues of importance to the chemical distribution industry
2. Industry Presence in State/Congressional District
3. Committee Assignments/Leadership Positions

Prior Approval Form:
Federal election law requires a trade association such as NACD to obtain prior approval from member companies before communicating certain information about the PAC or asking for contributions.
